Rates

A cash deposit is required for private and commercial bookings, this is provided on the day and returned at the end of the event provided the hall is returned on time, clean and undamaged, the building will be checked over with a manager before the deposit is returned to ensure that everything is satisfactory. £100.00 is required for parties in the Main Hall for under 12 years old and adult party/event deposits will be decided at the time of the hire being agreed.

All setting up/breaking down must be included within the booking times. If the hirer exceeds the booking times a charge will be deducted from the deposit given prior to the event to cover the cost of the additional time.

We do not provide keys, a building manager will always greet you to answer any questions you might have and to welcome you, the manager will always be on call for the duration of your hire time so you can enjoy your event without worry.

All rates are subject to review by the LGCCG Board of Directors.
