Seasonal Yoga with Rachel - Tuesday evenings

Seasonal Yoga is a practice designed to align our energy with that of nature around us and the seasonal changes. It combines traditional Yoga and Chi Gung with Chinese wisdom with the intention of bringing us into balance. What we practice in the classes changes with the changing energy of the Seasons.

Classes are suitable for most people, and include yoga postures, flowing movement, chi gung, breathing practices and relaxation. Classes are friendly and informal. Beginners are welcome.

To make sure we have a comfortable amount of space to practice in, class numbers are capped, so advance booking is absolutely essential.
