Prepare for birth with Active Birth pregnancy yoga and antenatal classes, a unique blend of yoga, antenatal topics, breathing, visualisations and birthing positions. Approach the birth of your child feeling supported and with confidence.

One-to-one time massaging your baby is a lovely way to strengthen your bond as you tune into cues and calmly respond to one another. Baby massage is suitable from 6 weeks until baby is on the move. Baby yoga is gentle movements for baby and simple stretches and breathing for parent/carer.
