Marios Argiros teaches two Iyengar yoga classes weekly in Letchworth in addition to teaching classes online, workshops all over the UK and Europe and yoga holidays in Greece.

Tuesdays 09.30-10.30 Beginners/general and 10.45-12.45 intermediate/experienced

All ages over 16 are welcome.
